PADAWAN bamboo raft Safari-now, that may sound like Anakin Skywalker took up a new hobby. But it is a bamboo rafting competition organized by the Municipal Council in Sarawak Padawan River Left in Kuching.
This is one of the biggest events in the region and I am doing a Padawan challenge 3½ hours of gruelling.
There are more than 100 teams – all of which extends beyond the start and by The Kampung Padawan. Everyone seemed excited and ready to handle the stream.
Raft basically 4.6 m long and 1.2 m wide, made of bamboo which is closely connected with, which gives enough room for four team mates to pick up the weapon and turned off the water cooler.
